Lock box entry worked well, communication with Mario was great. Unit was well equipped (loved the clothes steamer) and very comfortable.
Parking was a little far but you have to expect this when staying in Ortigia.

What I loved the most was the location — super central, yet surprisingly quiet (right in the heart of the tourist area). The apartment is basic and modern, and for me, traveling alone, it was perfect for a two-night stay.
I had a great stay overall, but just a few minor comfort points to mention for future guests: the pillows were a bit too firm for my personal preference, and I would have appreciated a softer lighting option in the bedroom for winding down in the evening. Also, the bathroom light being combined with the fan made it a bit noisy—nothing major, but worth mentioning. Of course, none of these were dealbreakers, just small details that could make an already good stay even better. :)
