The Cordari House

Die Lage des Apartments zur Stadt war sensationell, aus der Eingangstür raus und man war mittendrin.Es ist eine süße, kleine Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht,aber man muss sich bewusst sein,dass es kein Tageslicht gibt.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett ,sehr hilfsbereit und ist immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gibt.

Das es leider kein Tageslicht gibt,aber durch die vielen Lampen im Apartment alles sehr freundlich und angenehm wirkt.

Situated in the old town, everything in the small apartment was very nice and clean, close to restaurants and walking distance to everything,hop on and off buses, vey good a/c, we were met at the train station and we also got a ride back to the busstation when we were going home. Couldn’t have had a better host, very helpful and easy to get hold of.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima perché è nello stesso tempo sia vicina al centro di Ortigia sia vicina ai parcheggi fuori (per chi vuole evitare di pagare il parcheggio dentro Ortigia). L' appartamento, simile a un loft, è piccolo e accogliente e dispone di tutti i servizi di cui si può avere bisogno (aria condizionatore, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ombrellone, macchina caffè ecc). Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato aver trovato acqua in frigo e delle merendine per la colazione. L' host è molto disponibile e risponde velocemente ad ogni bisogno. Sicuramente un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato per visitare Ortigia!!

Non dispone di finestre ma è presente un lucernaio e sistema di ventilazione in bagno.
