Roberta and her team were amazing! Excellent and timely communication. When we experienced a problem that was outside their control they immediately helped us move to another apartment that they had, and let us stay for the remainder of our time. The new apartment was wonderful, we watched the sunset from the balcony. Their customer service was outstanding.

nice comfortable and clean apartment. Would recommend staying here .great place to explore Ortigia and Syracuse. Everything within walking distance.
