The Annexe was in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from from the centre of Llangollen. Easy to find with directions provided, hosts were very welcoming and friendly. It was a great base for our trip to Wales.

We found the mattress uncomfortable and shower pressure poor, but the stay overall was wonderful.

Excellent hosts, very welcoming and full of area knowledge. Very comfortable accommodation, with off street gated parking. Ten minute drive into Llangollen. We also liked the views from the accommodation, looking over the valley with a view of the abbey ruins. Excellent location being off the main road, with easy access to many points and places of interest. We would certainly recommend this accommodation and would certainly rebook at another time, when we are visiting Wales again.

Just two minor points, the on-suite shower room light, which is a sensor light. This comes on when entering the room, not so bad during the day, but during the night as well. The downside is that it lights up the bedroom as well. The hosts are aware of this, and have tried various options at finding a solution. The other point is the lack of storage in the bedroom. For us staying just a few days, it wasn't a problem. A for longer stay, being able to take your clothes out the your luggage would have been beneficial. There is a bedroom cupboard with hanging space only.
