Very disappointed

The size was good and the furniture was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Lots of things wrong which I did report. Black mould in the bathroom and bedroom, Frame of the bathroom mirror was broken, door handle in the livingroom broken, cracked wine glass, no bath mat (had to use a towel), no instructions on how to use the shower (it's European so I had to Google it), one of the wall lamps in the bedroom was hanging from the wall.

Was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect for getting to planned places by walking or taking the bus. There were shops nearby to pick up things, and Gunwharf Quays was close.

I'd stay there again.

Nice apartment with good sized living room, bed room and bathroom. Small kitchen but perfect for preparing breakfast and a simple evening meal. Full size fridge/freeze and cooker. Very quiet location at night. A few minutes walk to the Historic Dockyard and the local Coop minimarket. Importantly: I'd be happy to stay there again.

Could do with a shelf in the bathroom. The shower isn't very powerful and a little tricky to get the temperate right but OK once you're used to it.

A full kitchen with fridge freezer kettle microwave, kettle pots pans, serving and preperation utensils all crockery glasses and and KFSs. Bath and shower, TV. pretty much the whole apartment tbf.

There was nothing I didnt like about the apartment. I enjoyed my whole stay and would recomend it to anyone.

Easy to get to. Being able to get a parking permit was a god send. Served our needs very well

Some parts like the bathroom looking a bit tired, but we are near the end of summer.

Lovely clean small flat perfect for short stay

Location near Gunwharf was great. It was lovely a clean and the entrance and stairs were well lit and very appealing . The kitchen had cooker , kettle coffee maker etc and a great little washing machine. Handy as we was there for a longer stay.

The shade in the bedroom, let in light and kept opening . The bathroom was very difficult . The shower flooded the bathroom . With a few minor things this could be a 10/10 property.

Lovely

It had absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. We came for the Black Friday shopping weekend, and the location was excellent, it was only 6 minutes walk to the shopping center.

Oooh…. those flight of steep stairs to the 2nd floor will leave an unfit person like me very breathless. Imagine climbing those stairs with 10 big shopping bags, after Black Friday sales at the nearby Gunwharf shopping center.

clean and things were ready

there is a issue with water in shower. water is floating with low pressure and amount. It was quite difficult to take a shower. Even though I ask abıut it to staff first day. they did not even give any answer

Excellent location.great wee flat nice and clean. Quiet.

42 steps with bags my clothes were covered in white dust from the walls when I had to stop and lean to stop toppling with carrying the bags.we didn't want to leave stuff in the car and you were the first stop on our holiday. Getting the water to stay hot in the shower so my husband didn't bother.
