Great location, peaceful but close to main street in Woodhall Spa. Property is modern, clean, comfortable, pleasant and very welcoming, milk in fridge, biscuits, bottle of wine etc - all nice touches.
En suite shower rooms a bit cramped but that's being very picky, main bathroom superb. Smashed my knee on the end of the wooden bed frame several times, much swearing, much laughter from my brothers.

Perfect place for golfers playing Woodhall Spa. Walking distance to the fantastic golf course and city center with nice restaurants. Three very nice bedrooms and three bathrooms, clean and spacious. Four very comfortable beds suitable for four if you don’t like to share beds and six if you don’t mind sharing. A nice Jacuzzi to relax in after the golf. And on top of that super service from Clare!
Nothing to complain about. The games room is for kids rather than grown ups so don’t expect a large and perfect pool table. Kitchen table works well for breakfast but you wouldn’t have a three course chandelier dinner there.

modern,fresh and the layout well thought out.
lovely touches including the welcome pack and in case you forgot anything in the bathroom.
the games room a bonus and the hot tub completed the stay.
no complaints at all it was perfect
