I booked a quarter room with a huge terrace that what’s exactly I had expected and loved! I have paid more money to get that room And i love the interior design ( i loves Polish art) the location was close to the main square just a little walk.
You guys please change “BED” please I’m begging you that the most bothered us. We have stayed that for 5 nights!! Imagine how can we sleep on that bed🥹 and it’s would be great if you have a door mat because in winter or rainy day shoes can got dirty and make the floor wet and dirty too. And the last one is we only got a 4 capsule of coffee we’re couple stayed there for 5 nights..we should have a covered our stay… i would comeback again for sure if you guys have fixed that ❤️

Its location is absolutely perfect, so close to the town centre and attractions. There is a small shared kitchen to use within the apartment with a double hob and microwave plus plates and utensils which is great. The apartment room was lovely and warm for a winter stay and we weren’t cold at all. Overall it is great value for money for location and amount of time spent in there.
It was a very small room for two people and could do with a little tlc. The throw on the bed had two blood stains on it from previous occupants and the towels had hair on them although they seemed otherwise clean. The hair dryer was broken but this was quickly rectified by the staff and I cannot fault them on that.

The location, super central, walking distance from the central square of Krakow.
Everything was great. Maybe a few more kitchen amenities can make the experience even better.
