Rather large room with a shared kitchen where necessary appliances were available. Quite area. Parking place available - for cars and bycicles. Groceries store across the street. Tram and train for downtown within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The hosts seemed quite nice, beyond the language barrier. :-)

The room was in the upper floor and totally not equipped for hot days. There is an internal, small air-conditioning device (not the classic split) which is totally insufficient. As we had the bad luck of some very hot days, we could hardly sleep until morning (when it cooled a bit). It seems that the property is not prepared for international guests, as the host does not speak English and the communication was rather difficult. At least the instruction plates in the rooms could be bilingual (not only Polish). The toilet room has no lavatory. The lavatory is just in the shower room, which is separate. And both are shared. Out of the 3 promissed beds, 2 were actually just couches.

As we wanted to stay close to the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, it was a perfect location. The hosts also very friendly. It was 5´far away from a marvellous playground!

There were not enough mugs (we were 12) so we had to take turns using them during dinner and breakfast. Also it was on the last floor, so for my mom it was a bit hard to get up there (many stairs), but I suppose they have another rooms on the lower floor, so not really a disadvantage.

I really liked the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything needed to cook meals easily — all you have to do is buy the ingredients and start cooking. It made the stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for longer stays.

The GPS location can be a bit inaccurate. When booking an Uber, it often drops you off at the wrong spot, so you have to walk from the exact location. Aside from this small issue, everything else was excellent.

The room was big. Free parking is available.

Booking wrote to us that we can arrive from 8:00 p.m., when we arrived around 9:30 p.m. after searching for the water park and the house, they asked us why we were so late. I do not yet know how the compensation written in Booking for a later possibility to arrive will be provided. The owners do not speak either English or Russian. Shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen. We went there with our family and children, I think that this apartment was not suitable for us, it was difficult to carry things to the top floor on the narrow stairs. We had to wait in line to wash the little one. We stayed two nights, on the second night there was no place to park the car, we left the car on the side of the road. It is recommended to install some lighting near the house to make it easier to find the house (because we didn't find the house immediately when driving with waze, because we had to drive through a narrow road to get inside) and to provide extra rolls of toilet paper in the toilet, and to put paper towels in the kitchen. In general, you can spend the night, but I would say that the accommodation is not really suitable for a family.
