Location and the size of the place
Some blankets or pillows in the living room would make it cosy. The A/C in the back bedroom was not woodworking during our stay.

The location was exceptional. Very spacious.
It’s very dated. It needs a huge upgrade. The furniture is outdated. The kitchen is old. The bathrooms need updating.
