Very good location at a good price. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. Some previous guests mentioned problems with noise coming from the street. Fortunately, the noise was not a problem for us.
Cleaning can be improved both in the rooms and in the common areas.

Walking distance from / to train station and old town
There are 3 individual rooms and a common kitchen in one apartment, all on ground level. We had a room facing a dark courtyard. The accommodation feels like a hostel . Ok if you are all day out.
