My stay was absolutely amazing and I have greatly enjoyed every single day at this property. The room was clean, very comfortable and beatifully decorated. Top standard type of room with a private bathroom and a small balcony with cosy sofa. The host - Mariusz was the most helpful, caring and considerate person that I have ever met when travelling, a real pleasure to deal with. He looked after the property exceptionally well providing fresh towels and rubbish service on almost daily basis. A truly amazing host. The location was just perfect, close to all amenities and good food while in a quiet and safe area of Wieliczka. There was a little fridge in the room and a very stylish and comfy blue chair that was another bonus. Since we liked the chair so much, the host, in his kindness, provided another one for my son so that we could watch the World Cup comfortably. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for exceptional service and top standards while still within budget. Excellent place to be by all means.

Nothing. I liked everything.

We had a brilliant stay at KP Claudia. The location is perfect - right in the centre of Wieliczka, roughly a 5minute walk to the Salt Mine and close to all other amenities. The rooms are exactly as advertised - spacious, modern and clean, with a large bed. The host is very attentive and friendly. We would happily book this again on another visit.

Comfortable bed, big bathroom, kitchen, balcony, extremely comfortable armchair. Besides, the property is just in the middle of Wieliczka. It so close, very close to all atractions. The owner prepared good breakfast, and also a spot with fantastic breakfasts is just across the street. 1 (one) minute walk. The Owner is extremely responsive. Communication was superb!

Absolutely no negatives

Our stay at this place genuinely exceeded every expectation we had, and looking back we agreed it was one of the best accommodations we've experienced in years. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that this place is cared for with real attention — everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and prepared in a way that made us feel at home immediately. The bed linens were crisp, the bathroom looked like it had been styled for a magazine, and the kitchenette was set up so we could make our morning coffee within minutes of arriving. This isn't the kind of cleanliness you get from a quick turnover — this is the kind that comes from someone who actually cares about the place they're renting out. The absolute highlight, however, was the owner, Mariusz. He's the kind of host you rarely come across these days. He welcomed us with genuine warmth and made it clear from the start that nothing was too much trouble. Throughout our entire stay, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating — answering every question quickly, offering advice we didn't even think to ask for, and going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we left with the strong impression that if we asked Mariusz for anything at all, he could arrange it. Recommendations for restaurants, day trips, the best route into Kraków, how to handle the salt mine tickets, where to find good coffee — he had the answer, and every tip he gave us turned out to be excellent. The location is also fantastic — perfectly placed for exploring the area while still being a calm, restful spot to come back to in the evening. Wieliczka itself is a charming little town, and staying here meant we were close to the salt mine, close to Kraków, but well outside the tourist chaos. Every evening we returned tired from sightseeing but happy to have such a peaceful and welcoming space to unwind in.

Honestly, we couldn't find a single negative. Everything worked exactly as it should, and if we tried to point something out, we'd have to make it up.
