We only spent an afternoon and one night here before our morning flight from Chania. This was our second visit to the city, so we already knew the area well and what to expect.
The accommodation was in a typical small Greek townhouse, which I think is perfect for a short stay. As mentioned in previous reviews, the shower with a larger toilet is located on the ground floor patio, but this was not an issue for us since the patio is secluded from all sides, providing peace and privacy.
The upstairs rooms were adequately air-conditioned. The beach is just 50 meters away. Finding a parking spot can be challenging but not impossible; having stayed in this area before, I had no problem finding something nearby.
The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced due to moisture damage and smell, when you open it.

The place was ideal for family with two kids. There are 2 large rooms on the fidst floor with a wc and a large kitchen a dining room a large spzce to seat outside. The hoyse aas just a few steps away from a sandy beach. We just had to cross a tiny road and have your self in the water. Definitly we will be back. Everything we needed was next to the house, supermarket, souvlaki, taverns, coffee shops on the beach, the old town and the old port it is 10 minuits walk. The main wc it is located in the back yard with the shower in it. That was interesting anx cerg helpfull, the kidx slso loved it.
The days we were in Chania were the hotest of the year. So we had to rent a car as soon as we arrived since you couldn't wait even 5 minuits in the sun. It was very difficuld though to park the car anyware in Hania. There is no easy parking.

I loved the location and the old fashioned building. I loved the bathrooms outside and the little courtyard. Fantastic restaurants only 2 min walking distance.
