Lilian's House

Great location, spacious, perfect for families, clean, host was lovely & great communication & assistance from her. The house had everything you needed and more.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The space is quite generous, featuring spacious rooms and beautiful verandas. Staying here made our trip to Chania even more special. Our host was truly the best - always available, communicative, and ready to answer every single question in detail. On our last day, she even walked us to the station and helped us buy our bus tickets to the airport. We will definitely be back!

Everything on arrival was great! Lilian met us there, showed us through her place, had left several items of food and drink for us to enjoy until we went shopping. There were plenty of towels and anything kitchen-related that could possibly be wanted. It was also lovely to sit out on the upper deck in the cooler evening

The ONLY negative was that parking was a "hit & miss" situation. When we arrived, Lilian had left her car right in front of her place and she moved it away so we could park there. For the rest of the stay, it was just a matter of luck how far away you managed to find a parking space. Actually, this is a comment for Booking,com rather than for Lilian - the listing should tell whether there is "private parking" as in ONLY available to the guest, or if it a matter of luck. Lilian's place was right in the middle of the town area - wonderful for walking to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. But as soon as you wanted to go anywhere else, you might have a 20 minute walk back to the property. I have difficulty walking (use a cane) so my son had to drop me and the grand-daughters off at the front door and then hunt for a parking space, which sometimes meant a 20 minute walk. This IN NO WAY should relate to Lilian's house - which was truly wonderful!
