Worst Bed I've EVER slept in...

While this hotel is well located and we've stayed here before when visiting, this will be our LAST stay!

The bed in our room was so AWFUL, both my husband and I left after 2 nights almost unable to walk - back and hip pain. We travel often, domestically and internationally, and this stay (the bed in our room specifically) was the worst we've ever experienced. That added to the under-welming breakfast...we'll be looking for new accommodations for our next trip to the area. Being a Hilton brand member, I'd expect better...

First we arrived at 3 but had to wait almost 2 hrs to check in because our room wasn’t ready. Second, the swimming pool was disgusting and did not have heating Third the shower in our room was loose Fourth the outside large fireplace was not working Fifth the breakfast was no where near good Sixth rooms were not cleaned properly Seventh it was a bad experience overall

The only improvement I say is vital is the addition of GRAB BARS in the bathroom (on at least one side of the commode). Because our room was deemed a HANDICAPPED room, a request for which we were grateful, grab bars in the BR are a MUST!

Okay. Slightly expensive for what you get.

Close to the freeway.

They did not empty the trashcan out front consistently. It was full a lot. The Lady staff member who worked Saturday, was rude. Not just to me, but to pretty much everybody. All other staff, including housekeeping, was very nice. I also didn’t like that when I went to get breakfast on Sunday, it was so full, nowhere to sit.

The room was very comfortable and the beds and lining was top quality for us with two kids 6 and 8. The shower and bathroom was clean. We made popcorn in microwave and kids was so excited they didnt want to check out. Welcome area had coffee and tea available 24/7 and that was outstanding. The distanse to the beach is just nothing if by car.

We were quite unfortunate that the water heater for swimming pool broke before we arrive and the was no chance for to fix it during the weekend. Means kidos could not play even for one hour because they were freezing. As everything was so cool, I was surprised by lack of vegetable for the breakfast. There was some apples but not even cherry tomato or salat at all. Very carbohydrate focused menu. My husband dont tolerate gluten so his menu was even more limited. I would expect more healthy food in California.

A trouble-free, pleasant stay with small areas for improvement

New property in good repair; nicely equipped fitness center; good breakfast with spacious eating area; self-serve laundry available & front desk will change cash or credit transaction into quarters for use; indoor pool; full housekeeping offered even though we only stayed 2 nights (many hotels won’t do this for stays so brief)

Most rooms look over the parking lot, causing noise problems when people arrive late or have loud conversations; self-serve laundry should use credit cards or tap to pay option; exterior door from stairwell needed forceful pull (inside) or push (outside) to fully close; black mold spots in desks of otherwise gleaming white shower

Breakfast was good. I wish there was a standard scrambled egg and not the omelet. Omelet tasted a bit rubbery.

I wish the place had a hot tub. After a long day and a workout, I wanted to relax in a hot tub. The way to leave the parking lot is a bit off as you can only take a right and then you have to go up the road to find a place to turn around to get back on the freeway.

The only reason that I stayed there was because it's pet friendly. That's all.

Extremely costly. I spent close to $300 per night. They charged extra for parking which was not told earlier. They charge $75 for pet. All the places, and even other Hampton suites, I stayed at previously with pet charged $30-35 for pet. Plus they blocked $200 extra on my credit card in case we broke something and told us that all hotels did that. As if we never stayed at a hotel before. They asked us if we would want them to clean room in between in our multi day stay. We said yes and still no one cleaned it.

I appreciate how convenient and self-serve things are, including the beer tap. That's a great addition. The pool was really warm and clean.

Indoor pool was great to have but floors were way too slippery and towels were not well stocked. Breakfast was also great to have but mostly all carbs and nothing healthy. There were no fresh cut fruits... just some bruised apples. Again, I liked having these amenities, but it could've been better. I also liked that the bed sheets were all white. Made it easy to tell if they were clean or not.

Fasle advertisement... The reservation indicated 2 queens beds, but when we got to our room, the beds were not queen size. I know because that's what I sleep on at home. It was 2 full size beds. Overall good stay for our family. Not cheap, but ok.

Breakfast was good. Warm heated pool was very comfortable and perfect for swimming and childrens play. King rooms were spacious. Room was quiet despite there being teen baseball teams there. Im glad they didnt charge for parking- that would have been a game changer if we had to pay. .

Needed to use sofa bed for children in King room. They complained about the heavy cotton blanket for bed was rough , not a soft comfortor or softer blanket. I needed to go downstairs to get extra towels. We had three rooms, 2 Kings suites, and 1- 2 queens. I arrived early to request to be close as possible for all, I thought that was arranged. But 1 room was on same floor but at far end of the corridor. Dissapointed with that.

The room was a very good size and open style. Indoor pool was a nice touch (gets quite cold during evenings in the Monterey Bay). Gym. Very good complimentary breakfast selection. Staff was good.

The breakfast was great, lots of options for our 10 person group aged from 4-71. The teens loved the indoor pool. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The only problem was parking, but I’m finding that just about every where we stop on this trip.

Much Needed Mommy-Away weekend!

Absolutely loved the staff and how friendly they were. Especially after locking myself out of my room and losing my key card in the same visit.

Um, maybe some extra options for the TV aside Netflix and YouTube. But other than that, I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I was ok with the parking fee too because I get it.

The only downfall, which was really not a big deal, but kind of confusing what’s having to put my key card in the slot in the wall for the lights to come on I had to get my key card every time even in the middle of the night because my husband is disabled so it was a little nerve-racking.

New, very clean, convenient location. Standard filling continental breakfast. Quiet room - seems to be a good sound insulation materials used during the construction. The only comment is a barm sliding door without a lock separating the living area and a bathroom: it feels like no privacy.
