It was well equipped – there was air conditioning in two rooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and an ironing board. There are also two grocery stores nearby. The building doesn't look great from outside, but it's a safe place we were on a girl's trip. The promenade is the nicest part of Durrës, but the public beach isn't very well maintained. If you want a nicer beach, it's a bit of a walk
