Pomegranates & Olives Guesthouse

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, tranquillo, ben tenuto e molto accogliente. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le due stanze da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata e, in ogni caso, l’appartamento rimane fresco e confortevole. La posizione è comoda, vicina al mare e ai ristoranti, con parcheggio privato sicuro e un piacevole spazio esterno. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei con grande piacere.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war hervorragend – der Strand ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was wir als besonders angenehm empfunden haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sie haben uns stets mit zusätzlichen Tipps und hilfreichen Informationen unterstützt. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die nette Terrasse, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

I rarely can say with 100% honesty that the accomodation was beyond imagination but Marsel and his family make sure that every guest can have the most amazing stay possible. Early check-in and late checkout can be easily done, the pickup of the keys is as easy as it can be, the place itself is amazing, big, clean, modern and everyone is making sure you are having the best possible time. It's 300m from the beach and promenade yet it's quiet and you have your privacy. Restaurants, bars, shops everything within 5-10 mins by foot. I won't be booking next trip to Durres anywhere else than Pomegranates&Olives. Simple as that, I could give them without any doubts 11/10, cause that is one of the best stays during my 15 years at booking.com. Oh and there are 2 really cool cats walking around the property, treat them well and they will fall asleep on your lap:)

THERE IS NOTHING TO EVEN BE PICKY ABOUT. If you find something that you don't like, they will try to fix it, But I think they are hardly any things to complain. Seriously.
