The location and the view from the window. The apartment is big.
The building is old and under renovation. The main door is always propped open and it's dark and a construction site until the lift. You need your phone light to see. The bedroom doesn't have a door. The lift was not working when I left and I had to carry luggage down 4 floors. The directions to the apartment weren't clear and I had to ask restaurant staff where I had been directed who figured out where the building was.
