We enjoyed the Peace and slept like a baby. AC Working fine, but only the Sleeping room has one. Not the Living room.

Well, that whole building needs a lot of investment, repairs, love. It's urgent need to put a lot of work in every single Room or the Whole Apartments. Also needs a better Lift/Elevator/Aufzug. Please take the stairs and don't use it. Very dangerous. And, No TV Programs, not even a single Channel working. Sad if you can't watch nothing for almost a Week. Actually, the TV itself was falling down from the Wall. I think, that big building needs a Handyman, in US you call it a "Super" and in Germany "Hausmeister". That's all it takes to keep the Building running smoothly. Little repairs every day and that's it. As a Hotel owner myself, I know what I am talking about. It's not only about the Money, take take take. No. It's also about: Take care about your Property, with Love. Love your Property and we'll love you more

Everything was on top level. Host helped us with everything we need. Acomodation was modern, with so many features. Underground parking, elevator, 2 min from beach.

Spacious room, pretty clean, comfortable bed, underground parking.

Didn't have balcony and it was really hard to dry towels, noisy from the club across the street (my room, I don't think it's the same in every room).

Staff were very helpful. Communication was fast on phone or in chat as well. Big rooms with balconies. Location was great only 100m and there’s the beachfrot with nice breakfast or brunch options.

Average cleanliness, for the couch there were no normal sheets and duvet only old blankets were available.
