Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage an der Yacht Marina war super und alles Wichtige war schnell erreichbar. Besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit war unser Gastgeber Mikel. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir haben uns mit unserer Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Uns hat eigentlich alles gut gefallen. Wir haben keine größeren Kritikpunkte und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We were actually the very first guests in this apartment after a complete renovation, and it shows. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean: floors, furniture, kitchen, and air conditioning units in every room. There are three beds in the two bedrooms, all with new, extremely comfortable mattresses, plus a great brand-new fold-out sofa in the living room. We stayed as a family of four, but 6-7 people could easily fit here. There is also a really nice enclosed balcony with glass panels you can open or close as you like. The whole apartment is decorated with real taste, down to details like the curtains, so it feels cozy rather than just "newly renovated". The location is unbeatable. You step out of the building and within a few steps you are on a beautiful beach and the Durrës promenade, no driving needed at all. Literally everything else is within 50 meters too: a supermarket, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a currency exchange, a coffee bar, pizza and fast food places, and a seafood restaurant. One thing to know: this is a lively, buzzing spot where something is always going on. If you are looking for a quiet, sleepy place in the evenings, this is not it, but we loved the energy. Speaking of cars, Mikel provides private parking across the street. You just need to let him know you want to park, and in Albania having guaranteed parking is a huge deal. He replies instantly on WhatsApp, welcomed us in person and handed over the keys. Communication could not be better. Small bonuses: very fast internet and full cable TV with all the channels, which was perfect for watching the World Cup in the evenings. Highly recommended, we would come back without hesitation.

Nothing really, just know it is a lively area, not a quiet one.
