The apartment was very nice and sufficiently equipped. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a pleasant view from the balcony. The staff were exceptional and always willing to help whenever needed.
The water outages were not the apartment’s fault, as there were water supply issues throughout the city at the time. Nevertheless, the staff did their best to handle the situation, kept us regularly informed, and also provided compensation.
The location is also not really the apartment’s fault. Staying in the city centre may seem like a big advantage, but unfortunately, I didn’t have that feeling in Durrës. The beaches and the city itself seemed nicer further south, around the Durrës Beach and Golem areas.

Very clean, great communication with staff, great AC, great view of the ocean and decent parking.
No iron, iron board or microwave.
