Helpful, friendly person who showed me the place. Decent little kitchen. Clean bathroom, decent shower. Room was small but clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of cupboard space if required. Reasonable but basic accommodation for the price.
Walls are thin, could be quite noisy. Doors to rooms and sliding doors with simple locks - probably not very secure. The extra charge for arriving after 8pm on the first day seems a bit unnecessary (at least before 10).

Posizione ottima.
Stanza minuscola, da mancare l'aria. Letto e cuscino scomodissimi. Condizioni aggiuntive folli:
- d'estate senza aria condizionata dev'essere invivibile (io sono stato d'inverno quindi l'assenza non è stata un problema).
- 10 € per tenere qualche ora i bagagli è semplicemente folle.

Convenient to where I was going. A number of eateries nearby. Staff attended at the time when I needed them to on arrival. Decor was attractive.
No signage on entrance door so I had no idea where in the building the Rooms Luisa actually was. I said I was there on what's app - no response, I called out from the hall, nothing. Another message to what's app asking where to meet, and a person came out of an unmarked door...
The window catches were insecure.
There was no chair to sit and watch TV, only the bed. And no TV in the lounge....
