I liked how close it was to the 《La Estación Gran Teatro Caixabank Príncipe Pío》(where I had something at). It was also close to a shopping center, to the metro station, there was a shop super close as well, reasonable walking distance from the Palacio Real de Madrid and Plaza Mayor. Staff were super friendly, the Capsule were clean and looked great. Lot of things to do within the hotel (games..etc). I liked that there was vending machine as well. AC was great especially in those heat wave moment...
Oh and fun thing is that mirror are interactive!! We can put music or watch TikToks.
A bit sad that the spa was a paid option, wish it was included in my booking ahah.
I was a bit cold at night because of the AC and couldnt manage the temperature by myself (and was too shy to ask the staff).

The location of the hostel is very good, just outside the city centre. The hostel is also very clean.
The check in took waaaay too long, we arrived around 12 AM and we were in bed by 1:30. About the capsule: the whole thing didnt feel very steady, and there are many small lights in the capsule that don't go out at night, in my opinion too light to fall asleep. Also, the closet where I stored my personal things in didn't close. The shower is so complicated to use also.
