Sugar Beach 362 sits in one of the original and very popular complexes here in Orange Beach. There is so much to do here in the complex with 2 pools plus a kiddie pool sitting beach side, another pool located in the interior of the complex, a full-size tennis court, a fitness room, and is beach front with private access. Also, don't forget about the famous Sugar Shack (pool side cantina) serving your favorite drinks and goodies!!
This two story, one bedroom home contains a King Size Bed on the top floor including a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs on the main level is a Sleeper Sofa in the Living area, another full-size bathroom with a stall shower, a stackable washer and dryer, plus a fully stocked kitchen! When it is time for Beach, Sun, and Fun, this home is wallet friendly and perfect for your small family!!
** Gas Card Promo: Book a minimum of 3 nights between November 21st through 30th, 2025 and get a free $25 gas card on us! New bookings only, beginning October 27, 2025. Card will be waiting your arrival on the kitchen counter!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (January & February) - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.
**There is construction of a new building next door to this complex. Please expect some noise during daytime hours associated with this. The rental rate has been discounted to reflect this**
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Must Be 25+ To Book and Stay In This Home. (Strictly Enforced)
A Parking Passes is required and purchased upon arrival. the pass is $35 and limited to 1 pass, valid for your entire stay (up to 30 days). They are purchased at the gate entrance from the Security Guard.

The facilities were nice for an older building. Can use some remodeling in the room. The only real complaint was the elevators. One was very slow and the other was broken.

Everything was wonderful, the condo was great. Only complaint that I have it said that they had an iron in our condo and it wasn’t one there. The mattress on the pull out couch was very wore out and needs replacing .. other than that everything was fabulous and will rent again in the near future.

We chose Sugar Beach #362 due to the budget friendly pricing and that we had rented from Celebrity Vacations Rentals before.Check in was very easy once we figured out where to go in the complex. The construction carts were a nice touch because hauling everything into the condo was so much easier. The condo has some wear and tear but we did not care. Having two bathrooms was beneficial because we could shower right away to remove sand. The bedroom had plenty of space for clothes with a dresser and walk-in closet. It would have been nice to have hangers in the closet. The bed was very comfortable. The ceiling fan upstairs helped keep the unit nice and cool. There were many pool options. The pool on the first floor was usually quiet. The elevator was slow so having more than one on the property would be helpful. The snack shack was handy. Easy beach access but could be a little walk from the condo. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. Everything we needed for a great stay was supplied. The complex was quiet during our stay which was an extra bonus!

Thought little things could be done to improve the place. Alittle paint, caulking. Bar stools too low for the counter so no place to eat except outside. Bottom of drapes extremely dirty or stained. Found silverware in dishwasher. Wouldn't recommend.
