Bring your family and friends to beautiful Orange Beach condo #154! This complex is right on the beach. Situated between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Very convenient to everything. Clean and comfortable 2nd floor condo ( the heated pool level ) with indirect beach view from the balcony. FREE WiFi. 2 bedrooms, with queen size memory foam in master room, 2 large single beds in guest room, and 2 full baths. Full pull out sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6. Approximately 1000 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV's, DVD players, washer and dryer combo.
Complex Amenities: 3 outdoor pools (one heated), tennis courts, children's pool. Seasonal beach service and snack bar available. Sun lounging patio area with lounge chairs on the second level. picnic tables situated in several locations. For the grill enthusiast, public grills are available for your convenience. Onsite security and covered parking make this a safe and relaxing property!
Parking passes are purchased at the gate when you arrive. Priced at approximately $48 each and cover the entire duration of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great -- right on a beautiful beach and close to Gulf State Park walking/biking trails. But there are a couple of caveats: if you are not an early riser, you may be woken up by the light coming through the loosely woven blinds in the master bedroom (and by the complex lights shining through at night). Also if you are sound sensitive (like me), you may not sleep as soundly since there is a ledge with HVAC units just below the first floor master bedroom and living area that keep going on and off throughout the day and night. That didn't bother my partner but I am more susceptible to noise changes.

We come to orange beach every year for a cheer competition, and we always stay at sugar beach. Most units are affordable, we enjoy the heated pool, and the beach isn’t too crowded. However, this condo needs some tlc. This property was clean on the surface, but is really in need of a deep cleaning. The master bedroom sheets were threadbare and had a terrible amount of pilling. Also, the rattan type curtain in the master bedroom allowed a lot of light in all night. The lights on the exterior of the property stream right into the bedroom. The perks are that the ac runs COLD and the property manager is easy to get in touch with.
