First the positive…Very clean unit! They are updating properties and it’s looking great. We got locked out and Mary answered our call immediately and helped us get in. Communication was superb! Now a few suggestions. I am a very light sleeper and the bed was very hard. I would say I am picky, so if you like a hard bed you are good to go. The pullout couch mattress is also very thin. If you will utilize that you may want to bring a mattress topper! Rugs would be good too, I can not stand sand on my feet and it’s hard to avoid. I like wiping feet on rugs and vacuuming daily. A few soft blankets would be good to bring. The kitchen is well equipped for your needs. Overall it is well worth the money. Very safe spot and parking was great!

Mary was a great hostess. The room was very clean and just the cutest condo ever. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beachview was exactly as they said it would be And the access was so convenient. What a great time we had.

One elevator didn’t work sand in the bed very low water pressure tub drains slow. Paid for parking an had a parking spot for only 2 days had to park outside the condo, we have stayed at this property several times an it’s good place I feel it’s over priced from others places we have stayed.
