The only improvement would be to put a smart tv downstairs so that guests can use their online streaming services as needed. Difficult with college football bowl games & no ESPN downstairs.

1) pull out bed very uncomfortable
2) upstairs bathroom toilet runs constantly
3) King bed very noisy
4) Upstairs TV small, slow, and confusing to operate
5) downstairs ceiling fan wobbles when operating
