The unit is nicely decorated, has a kitchen with essentials for cooking simple meals, full size fridge with ice maker and electric range, microwave and coffee maker. It has an apartment size washer dryer that worked flawlessly. There is a bathroom upstairs and another downstairs with stand up only showers. Tile floor downstairs and some really groovy retro shaggy carpet in the bedroom upstairs! The unit is no frills but was spotless clean. There is a king bed upstairs and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs.The balcony on the side has a view of the Gulf. The complex is on the Gulf side of the road and there is a walkway with no stairs to the beach. There are three pools onsite. Most of the parking is covered which was awesome since I left in a downpour and didn't get wet. The door has is opened with a code so there is no key to keep up with. If you want luxury accommodations you might be disappointed but if you want a fully functional clean place to sleep, shower and eat that is close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores dining and shopping this is it.

Overall our stay was awesome! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The AC was AMAZING which helped on those very hot days at the beach. The amenities were also nice. The only thing negative I can say is there were issues with the elevator so we chose to take the stairs most of our trip and the mattress needs an upgrade but shouldn’t complain for the price. It was a great vacation and we would stay again!
