Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this Adorable Condo is in a beautiful complex that is right on the beach. Our condo has been completely redesigned and we just added new upgrades including beautiful new furniture, new light fixtures, mirrors, decor, and a brand new sleeper sofa among the “too many to list” upgrades! You will love the comfort and modern decor of this condo. Our one bedroom/two bathroom unit sleeps 4 guests and is the perfect spot for your vacation! Our unit is located on the top floor with an indirect Gulf of Mexico view from your own private balcony. There is a large HD flat screen TV in the living area, and a HD flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a King bed in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit has also been freshly painted and contains a full size washer and dryer. We also have free high speed 5 GHz WiFi!! Wonderful amenities await you at Sugar Beach! The complex boasts recent remodeling and upgrades to the pool areas, freshly painted hallways and stairwells, and a new chair and umbrella service with great daily or weekly rental prices. The complex has 3 outdoor pools (one heated); a kiddie pool; a large upper level sundeck/lounge area; lighted tennis courts; stainless steel charcoal grills and picnic tables; shuffleboard; covered parking and onsite security. Perhaps the most popular seasonal amenity is “The Sugar Shack,” where you will find refreshing drinks, adult beverages, snacks, and sandwiches. Book your stay at the popular Sugar Beach today! Minimum age to rent is 25. Parking for one car (maximum of two cars for 1BR units), is $35 CASH per car payable to the guard at gate upon arrival for length of your stay. 1 PARKING PASS AVAILABLE PER UNIT ON ANY HOLIDAY STAY. The property is advertised as beach front, which the building is. The room is not and the only way to see the beach is hanging over the balcony. The building only had one working elevator during our stay. The room was clean and everything worked and the bedroom is located upstairs which might be something to think about as it gets harder to climb stairs. You can't set a tent up no where close to the water so we went down to the State Park beach area and there was plenty of room.
