About this apartment rental
This property is centrally located on Pleasure Island close to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach line and the Gulf State Park. It was COMPLETELY RENOVATED this winter. New cabinets, granite, tiled showers and new flooring. It’s about ten minutes from the Florida/Alabama line and the infamous FloraBama Lounge.The Wharf (concert venue also) within10 minutes. Ten minutes to the Hangout, 5 minutes to Coastal and across the street from the Hugh H Bryan trail, named #1 in the nation in 2024.
There are literally miles of trails for running walking or biking.
It has one king size bedroom with full bath upstairs and queen sofa bed and full bath downstairs. It is 707 square feet with fully stocked kitchen, books, games, beach toys, all linens and towels and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.
We have four pools, one of which is heated as well as a kiddie pool. Tennis/racket ball courts for those fans are on second floor.
This unit is on the third floor, yes there are elevators with plenty of carts to load your stuff on to load and unload. The good part is when you get off elevator and go through double doors, it’s the first unit on the right.
As you will see in the pictures we sit directly on the sand and the walkway from pool to sand is about 15-20 feet.
I bought this unit seven years ago and I manage and clean and sanitize it myself being local.
I am open 24/7 to assist you with any maintenance, questions, help you might need.
I ran a charter boat business for seven years and customer service is my name. We want you to come back and see us for years to come.

We were unable to use the balcony as the whole property was undergoing maintenance, but everything else was terrific. Comfortable bed, all the amenities you could ask for, and very clean. We had a great time and Yvonne kept in touch and always very nice

We had an amazing time! Condo was better than imagined and the affordable rate made us able to stay an extra day which meant more to us than you could imagine. The multiple pools on site was a dream come true and perfect for my 7 year old. We made many friends and enjoyed the atmosphere thoroughly. It was a quaint resort like feel. Young adults were using the tennis courts and everyone was polite and we truly had an amazing experience. The beach wasn’t crowded and it was close enough to both Orange Beach businesses and Gulf Shores that we felt like we got the best of both worlds. The unit was decorated beautifully and is perfect for a couple or with one small child!

First night stay the air conditioner wasn't working. The upstairs shower curtain had mold on it. One closet appeared to be a storage with several beach items pile inside.
