***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Sugar Beach offers direct Gulf beach access and an array of resort-style amenities including three swimming pools (one kiddie pool), a tennis court, the Sugar Shack snack bar, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and shaded gazebos. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, keeping you connected as you relax.
Parking:
Parking passes are required with a limit of two per stay. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $35 each (cash only).
