The master suite offers a spacious king-size bed topped with colorful accent pillows and crisp white bedding. A flat-screen TV provides in-room entertainment, while large windows fill the room with natural light. The private ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of space to freshen up after a day at the beach.
The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with two twin beds to comfortably sleep up to four guests. The second full bathroom is conveniently located with a tub/shower combo.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials! Cookware, dishware, utensils, and basic spices, so you can whip up meals with ease. Enjoy your home-cooked dishes at the dining table or take in the sea breeze while dining on the private balcony.

Relax in the cozy living room with plush seating and a large 50" flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights after a long beach day. Large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead out to the private balcony with stunning beach views.

★Elevator Note★
Please note that the south elevator will be under construction beginning August 15. During this time, only the north elevator will be available for use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed.
★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Condo was as described. Clean and convenient to several Great restaurants. Short walk to the beach and parking was also close! My husband has End Stage Renal Disease and has a very low endurance right now, this was perfect for him!!

Room was great and beach access was nice. Room needed a few rugs , well stocked kitchen and appliances, we brought in seafood from across the street . Nice location, close to the Hang Out my teens enjoyed that
