Enjoy everything the lake has to offer, sit out on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of nature, or take a quick ride into town and grab a bite to eat or do some shopping along the Ohio River.

Step inside this inviting lakeview retreat, where comfort, natural light, and functional space come together to create the perfect getaway for families and groups.
On the main floor, you'll find:
- A bright and cozy living room with ample seating for relaxing or gathering after a day at the lake
- A separate sitting room perfect for reading or conversation
- A dining area and fully stocked kitchen, equipped with essential cookware, dishes, and utensils for easy meal prep
- Two beautifully furnished bedrooms
- A full bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps
Head downstairs to the lower level for more space and fun:

Located in a rural area on the lake. The house is 2.5 miles from the town of Warsaw, KY on the banks of the Ohio River and 4.5 miles from the Kentucky Speedway!
Getting Around:
Since this is a rural area, driving a personal or rental vehicle is the best way to get around.
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
