Spacious Lakeview Home with Game Room, Backyard, and Two Living Levels
Step inside this inviting lakeview retreat, where comfort, natural light, and functional space come together to create the perfect getaway for families and groups.
On the main floor, you'll find:
- A bright and cozy living room with ample seating for relaxing or gathering after a day at the lake
- A separate sitting room perfect for reading or conversation
- A dining area and fully stocked kitchen, equipped with essential cookware, dishes, and utensils for easy meal prep
- Two beautifully furnished bedrooms
- A full bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps
Head downstairs to the lower level for more space and fun:
- A game room ideal for entertainment and downtime
- A laundry room for added convenience during longer stays
- Two additional bedrooms
- Another full bathroom
Direct walk-out access to the deck, backyard, and lakefront area
Please Note: Due to occasionally shallow water near the boat dock, watercraft may not be able to dock directly at the property.

Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a rural area on the lake. The house is 2.5 miles from the town of Warsaw, KY on the banks of the Ohio River and 4.5 miles from the Kentucky Speedway!
Getting Around:
Since this is a rural area, driving a personal or rental vehicle is the best way to get around.
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.
We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.

The cottage is well decorated and has lots of supplies. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful view of the water. No dock available, but there is a lovely patio. The bathrooms are rustic but get the job done. Very close to town and the grocery. Nice for a rustic weekend away!

This house was very nicely decorated and clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable.
Nice view of the river, but was not able to walk out on the pier to get to the water. The pitch on the first section of the dock was so steep, there’s no way that you could walk on it without breaking your neck. Also, the back deck with the patio furniture had not been tidied up in what looked like months.
So I would say, the inside was excellent and the outside was disappointing. The idea of renting a place on the water is to be able to enjoy it but unfortunately was not able to do that.
