The Ranch House is located in Historic Petersburg. It sits on half an acre and is near the Ohio River. This house is only 5 miles from the Creation Museum. The large yard with a wonderful front porch is a great way to enjoy the great outdoors.
This house is a perfect home away from home. The living room features a 50” flat screen television and a DVD player with Netflix available. Each bedroom also has a television and a DVD player with Netflix available. There is free WIFI and a spacious kitchen with all of the amenities from home. This is a great place for a nice getaway!

This is a lovely place to stay. The home is clean and well stocked, with many thoughtful touches that aren’t normally found in rentals. The location is a perfect place to decompress after a busy day in places crowded with people, and there was a nice playground just up the street that our granddaughter loved. We enjoyed walking around the small town, where there were people outside walking, biking, or just visiting with their neighbors on every street we passed. They were very friendly, but not intrusive. I would highly recommend this place!

Yes Dan was very welcoming, what stood out the most was the terrible weather while we were there. A foot of snow and cold. Dan helped make the stay enjoyable still. Snow was removed quickly. Dan went out of his way to get us a firestick so that we could watch an important bowl game. The ranch house was comfortable with everything you needed to stay for 18 days.
