It's a cute place that has way more space than it looks from the outside. It had everything we needed and fit our family well. It is also maintained and manicured. Some of the neighborhood looked a little concerning but the neighbors were friendly and our grandkids played at the park with some neighborhood kiddos. We didn't realize it was 25 min to the nearest Walmart. If you were expecting being close to those sorts of things, it is definitely not but we didn't mind. Only 10 min or so from the Creation Museum. We had a wonderful time starting there.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It was ideal for our visit to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The home is in a small town that was quiet and peaceful, with a nearby park and playground which our 1.5 and 4 year old grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. The home was clean, well equipped and stocked with all that we needed. Our hosts were also awesome in our communications prior to our stay. Highly recommend this home and hosts.

The only issue that we had was there was not much around us as far as food. It was a little community that was right on the river, which was nice. We enjoyed being together in this home and it was very quaint with everything you need. I highly recommend it. Just make sure you take snacks and things that you can fix in the home if you don't have time to go about 20 to 30 minutes to get something else.

Great little town to stay in to get away...but plenty close enough to area attractions. We went to the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Cincinnati Zoo, and Louisville. Great town to stay in, friendly people, nice park for the kids. House was in beautiful condition. Thank you!

Our family consists of adult children down to 10 yr. old. All 10 of us stayed very comfortably at the house. The kids utilized the yard for football and play. The neighborhood cats were a treat for the kids as well....coming over for a pet whenever they were out. The house was so clean and well stocked of things you would need for a stay away from home. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area and we will recommend to any friends or family who go to that area.

This property couldn’t have been anymore perfect for our family. We were traveling to kings island and Cincinnati for a long weekend get away. We consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids all had their own bedroom and the adults had their own bedrooms. The house was clean and exactly as it was presented. We all had a great time!

The Rivertown Ranch was a perfect choice for our vacation with family. Everything about it was just as advertised, with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for the four adults and four children in our group. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed to make meals and the table was large enough for all of us, including a nice outside table. Two full bathrooms were separated from the bedrooms. Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the drive on the beautiful country roads and the convenience to both our destinations. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the sweet house! It was clean, and had the supplies we needed to have dinners there! Plenty of space for all of us to have our own bed and also some fun movies and games, as well as puzzles for everyone to enjoy! We would recommend this place for sure!!

We visited the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Newport Aquarium, pool and parks. Watched movie at night and played board games in this cozy home. Centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. Also has a small convenient story in Petersburg. Park in town is fenced and enjoyed evening walks.

We came down to celebrate my sister's birthday. We went snow tubing, did a little gambling and had some great food. The house is exactly as listed. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of seating and sleeping space. The house is clean and cozy. The owners were very quick to respond and allowed an early check in. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay for the creation museum and the ark! We also enjoyed the boat launch area by the river, and had fun exploring Lawrenceburg, where we got great coffee and had fun at the new park for the kids. The house has all the basic things that you need, and it is very clean and well-kept. Lots of board games were played at the table, and we were able to make all of her meals with ease. My family attended a "Creation Vacation" with our church. We loved the property and it was even better than the pictures! The house has everything you need and more. It is very clean comfortable for a larger family. We took a walk around the block to the river and the view was amazing! Close to the Creation Museum and a reasonable drive to the Arc Encounter. We will definitely stay again and we have already recommended the property to others.

Everything was so clean when we arrived and the instructions beforehand were clear and understandable. Very spacious home and had the accommodations we needed. Six adults and one teenager were completely comfortable in this clean, homey, every-little-thing was thought of house. We fixed our meals, played games at the dining table, all slept well and were near the attractions we visited and walking distance to the boat ramp for some fun early morning fishing!
