We really loved the location and the scenery. It was beautiful. If you have small dogs, be aware there is a very large pitbull type dog that lives next door. Owner was very polite and advised the dog was just curious of our small dogs, but we still kept a close eye on ours when we took them out for walks. We took the boat out a couple of times and really got to see the beauty of the area. If you like to fish, the neighbors were catching catfish and bluegill like crazy!! Right off the dock! Our favorite breakfast place was Beans- I’d highly recommend it. We had a very peaceful and relaxing 20 year anniversary here.

This house is good once inside. The steps outside that have to be used to access the house are steep and hard to use if one has bad knees, legs or hips.
(Not a good match for someone with mobility issues)
The house itself was nice and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
We enjoyed our stay.
It was a great location for activities in the north Lexington, KY to Cincinnati, OH area.
