Location, size of the balcony.
Access gate is confusing. We had to call Maintenance for help getting into the parking lot.

This place is right on the beach so it is amazing for beach access and views. This was the morst important thing to us which is why i gave it a 5. It was easy to get in touch with the host when we needed. Parking was easy.
The place was very run down and not very clean. Stains in the shower, the toliet seat was damaged/ cracked. The couch and chairs were stained and the bedding was very minimal. It was very bare bones and seemed like it had been rented too many times. The host sent a lot of logins and info- too much in my opinion. I think it would have been easier to get the info I needed once and call it a day. No beach towels or chairs (we had to pack and rent). No kitchen basics (coffee, salt / pepper etc) so be sure to bring. Would be fine for young friends but I think you could get more bang for your buck at other places nearby (it wasnt cheap so I was esp. critcal of these things)
