Hello! Our stay in starboard 121 was wonderful. Flew in from Denver for a girl's trip. All 5 of us slept comfortably. The beds on a whole were decent. The odd bunk bed worked but not suitable for bigger people on the top. Watch your head and read the sign. Ceiling fan might be an issue if you don't. Kitchen is well equipped with a Crock-Pot and all the essentials. There is a good selection of generic spices. Both a Keurig and coffee pot. Bring your own extras. We ordered from WalMart delivery and they were there shortly after we arrived. They have one of everything really. But no extras. The unit was exceptionally clean. Modern and tastefully decorated. The views were amazing from both balconies. The molding was weird and cracked in places. The management company were wonderful and let us have a late check out. Their communication with the cleaner however was not so great. She showed up at the regular time and came back twice before we left. It's a quick walk to peg leg Pete's and the convenience store. The pool was 8 ft. The stairs were steep. Two flights. Not an issue for us but if you have a handicap or bad knees it could be. The detached garage had almost everything you needed for a great day at the beach which literally was only steps away on the public boardwalk right next to the condo or the private boardwalk in the condos. Everyone we met was wonderful and we had an amazing time on Pensacola Beach. We book again in a heartbeat!

Family Fall Break Stay Our family (two adults and our 8- and 6-year-olds) really enjoyed our stay at this condo for fall break! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy.One thing worth mentioning for future families — the condo is stocked with extras in the garage, including a propane grill, several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a couple of coolers. When I asked before our trip, I was told there wasn’t beach service included, so we purchased new chairs and a cooler ahead of time. It’s great to know now that the condo already has those items available — it’ll definitely save future guests money and space when packing!Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Clean with all necessary amenities. Gorgeous view from all windows. Just steps away from beach. Great to have a garage too!
