Starboard Village 423 is a lovely two bedroom, two and a half bath Condo which sits directly on Pensacola Beach. The ground level features a garage with two covered spaces. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, gulf views, fireplace and and flatscreen Tv in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the beachfront balcony! The kitchen is open to the living room and is light and bright. The dining table seats 4 and is positioned for you to enjoy the views of the beach and there’s a half bath on this level. Going upstairs, you’ll find the beach front king master suite with a beach front balcony and fireplace and a queen bedroom suite. The property was very clean and in a very convenient location and was just as described in the listing. They layout of the property was a little awkward but not really a big issue. I was overall very pleased. The only issue I had and it may not be an issue for others, was that the mattress in the main bedroom was way too firm. A new mattress or at least a mattress topper would help. Would give 5 overall stars if not for that.
