Sandpiper Cottage, located in fabulous Starboard Village, is a gorgeous 2BR/2.5BA condo which sits directly on Pensacola Beach. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, freshly painted interior, upscale furnishings, fireplace (for show only, not operational) and and 50” Flat screen TV in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the corner beachfront balcony! The kitchen is outfitted with an eat in bar, a beachy backsplash, and updated lighting. The dining table seats 6 and is positioned for you to enjoy the views of the beach. There is also a half bath on this level. Going upstairs, you’ll find the king master suite with a beach front balcony and fireplace (for show only, not operational), as well as a queen bedroom suite accompanying a bunk set. There’s a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this property to sleep up to 6 guests. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer and the ground level features a garage. Note that there’s no elevator here; there are 28 steps to the front door. Make your next vacation memory at Sandpiper Cottage!

Starboard Village is a low-rise beach front complex situated on the dune line of the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola Beach and has only 33 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf. Enjoy the paved bike trails, hop on the seasonal beach trolley or the Pensacola Ferry System to explore. Loved this property. It was absolutely perfect. Beach front, gorgeous views from the main room and living room balconies. Quiet neighborhood. The whole experience was even better than I imagined. Pictures could never capture its beauty. We will be back.

A needed vacation for my mom and me.We loved the viewed and the beach along with the sound of the ocean. Our home for a week was exceptionally clean and we liked all the kitchen supplies. Did not realize all the stairs to reach the front door and then the stairs to the beach, which we had a hard time with due to our medical issues.

Thank you for a great stay. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. Thank you for having night lights and good window shades. The board games, boogie boards, and beach chairs were also wonderful.

Great place. Great location. Very spacious. But the roaches. Never stayed anywhere with roaches in the kitchen. We’ve stayed at Starboard village before and had no issues with roaches. Notes in the guestbook on-site mentioned the roach problem too. Probably shouldn’t be rented out until the roach problem is addressed.
