The views from this Gulf front 4th floor Condo at Gulf Winds 404 are truly amazing.
The main level includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with king bed and bathroom. The spacious loft-style master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The staircase to the master loft is a tight spiral staircase. Enjoy the amazing Gulf views from the private balcony. Washer and dryer is located off of the living area for guest convenience. Fully-equipped kitchen offers both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffemaker.
There is assigned garage parking under the building for one vehicle and lot parking for an additional vehicle. Gulf Winds offers a community swimming pool for guest enjoyment.

My family and i loved this cute little condo! Perfect size for our girls trip. Beach was beautiful, sand was nice and soft. Very peaceful. Everything was perfect. Well stocked.

The beach view was stunning. It was very quiet. We had an issue with a smoke detector beeping all night but it was quickly take care of the next morning. I am short and hav an arthritic knee. I had difficulty getting in the bed because it was high. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Blues with BFF! Everything about this property was perfection, from the beginning to the end. I love Paradise Beach homes they are the best of the best and this property was equally one of my favorites! Best staycation for a couple of Blue Angel, Pensacola Beach loving locals

The vacation rental was spotless.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The condo was as expected with two exceptions: the master bathroom did not have a traditional shower - it was a tub with a shower wand which you had to sit to use, and the description should have indicated there was a pulley necessary to lift heavy luggage up to second floor because of very narrow staircase. Had these two things been disclosed accurately I would have likely not rented this unit.
