Cleanliness: Not great — place needed a proper clean. Key Instructions: Picking up the key was fine. Parking Disaster: Instructions about parking were vague and confusing. The “allowed” spot turned out to be an empty space directly in front of a locked parking door — which in any normal situation would be considered a no-parking zone. How on earth is anyone supposed to guess that’s okay without being explicitly told? We tried to open the door (thinking it might be part of the instructions) and ended up breaking a key — all due to poor information. Deposit Debacle We paid a €300 deposit via a separate link before arrival — no official receipt, no proper explanation. We expected a small deduction due to the broken key — but the entire deposit was kept. Host was friendly during the stay, but disappeared afterward. Ignored all messages about the deposit. WhatsApp now unreachable — possibly blocked. This feels like a rip-off, plain and simple. Basic Supplies Missing For a family stay, we were given half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Seriously? Bottom Line: The apartment stay was okay, but everything around it — especially communication, transparency, and the deposit handling — was a mess. Felt like a trap. Avoid unless major improvements are made.🚫

Sejour en famille pour la nouvelle annee
Appartement situe a proximite de la gare, ideal pour des departs tres tot le matin, proche du Centrd Pompidou et d'un grand centre commercial (Muse). Voisinage calme, on se sent en securite.
La cuisine et la salle de bain sont trop petites pour un sejour de plus de 2 jours pour une famille de 4 personnes.

No esperaba lujo pero sí limpieza e higiene.
La ubicación buena
El apartamento estaba sucio. Sólo la ropa de cama esta limpia alguna. Un edredón para la cama supletoria estaba manchado. Todo el apartamento olía a tabaco. Tuvo que venir la limpiadora tras mis protestas pero no se notó mucho la diferencia. Cambió el edredón y trajo unas sabanas limpias. Después de volver a casa tuvimos que lavar toda nuestra ropa. Este apartamento no debería estar en Booking. Además un somier roto, todo muy viejo. DEbajo de una cama suciedad de meses. La tele no funcionaba. El microondas con migas de pan. Dije que me quejaría en Booking y la señora me dijo que eso eran amenazas, que estaba intentando ayudarme avisando a la empresa de limpieza. No lo recomiendo para nada. Una experiencia nefasta.

Super séjour , appartement bien placé , et la ville de Metz est magnifique.
En déplacement professionnel, la proximité de tout , le congrès , gare , centre commercial, voir même pour 20 min de marche de la visite touristique.
Un kit de démarrage café en l’occurrence pour le premier matin .

Son emplacement, une place de parking attribué , très bien équipé.
Le chauffage trop fort et quelque mini point de ménage à surveiller ( toile d’araignée) La télévision qui ne fonctionne pas

Hellhörig, Zimmer nur Sichtschutz, ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, dreckig im Bad, Wasser läuft im Waschbecken nicht ab, Dusche auch, aber nicht so extrem- kein Schlüssel für Balkon- da stand noch Müll und der Mülleimer, passender Schlüssel für Balkon und Müllraum im EG nicht vorhanden, wurde falscher nachgeliefert- da haben wir aufgegeben, weil nur kurzer Aufenthalt. Sehr laute Baustelle im Hinterhof, Küche ok, aber nicht genutzt, Kühlschrank vereist.. Wohnung und Kommunikation indiskutabel
