Perfect for visiting Norwich

This house was perfectly located on the edge of Norwich, a short walk to the UEA campus for a lovely walk by the lake and a short drive or bus ride into the city. The house itself was comfortable and well kitted out with everything we needed in the kitchen. There is a lovely wee garden where we could enjoy the nice weather. Our host was easily contactable and very helpful and friendly.

We found that the house was very clean and tidy with good facilities.

The location was ideal for us as our relatives were only 2 miles away towards Norwich. We stayed over in May 2025 for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the situation of the house and the adjacent parking. The host checked in with us by text at the beginning and end of the stay which was very helpful.

Everything met our requirements and we were very happy.

Excellent accommodation with everything needed for a short stay.

The photo's don't do the house justice, it is lovely, cozy, stylish and in an excellent location. Within walking distance of the University and Hospital. Shop near by and a larger store only 30 minutes walk away. Numerous buses to and from Norwich run from the end of the road. It really is a place that you can park your car and leave it.

The only possible thing I could say that would have made it even nicer would be if there were a couple of oven to table dishes.

Lovely house, a great location for exploring Norfolk!

High standard of decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, pressure shower, smart tv and free WiFi - what more could a family need! The welcome gifts were a great touch.

It was a very clean and well equipped house. Thoughtful extra touches i.e. milk, teabags, cake and there was even a needle and thread that I was relieved to find. Beds were comfortable and the house is near a shop and a couple of small food outlets in walking distance.

Spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need even milk and a cake. Anna has decorated and dressed the house so it feels like a home and not just a place to stay. Communication with Anna was excellent.Perfect location as everywhere is only half an hour away by car. We enjoyed our weekend at Lavender House and will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.

Beautiful home, friendly owner

Convenient location for the hospital as I was visiting a relative. The house was very modern and clean and comfortable. I really liked the little details of the cake left for us, and the complimentary coffee and tea. A small detail but the wallpaper was fabulous.

Such a lovely place!

The location was lovely, nice, clean and bright house, beautifully decorated, homely and cosy and luxurious in the same time. Great and relible host. They went extra mile to make our break amazing !!!!!! Couldn't ask for more! I purely enjoyed it! Comfy beds, nice outdoor space. Peaceful and spacious on one hand, close to the good facilities and main routes on the other!!!!!! I would definatelly recommend it and will stay there again, pretty soon, I think! Thank you for making this break really special for us!

A Great place to stay, with easy access and parking

I Stayed here for a short break, I found the house was very comfortable and stylish. It was big enough for my group and having a bathroom and ensuite was a bonus. House was very clean on arrival and welcoming. There are some shops nearby

on arrival I was able to make a cup of tea as everything is supplied even milk in the fridge every thing you need is in the house cleaning products loo rolls you are very well catered for the house was so clean and smells fresh very comfortable.
