Loved the location and the views of the sea from the large windows. Spent such a lot of time looking out. Loved the space for the four of us and two children. Loved the log burner. A novelty as we don’t have one at home. Loved the location to the town/shops and easy access down to the beach.
The only thing we found was the upstairs was very creaky. You could hear every movement when someone went along the landing or to the toilet. Also the bed in the second room was very creaky too so made for a wakeful night sleeping in that room.

Beautiful house, with almost everything you could need.
Loved upstairs, especially the main bedroom, comfy bed, fantastic views while sat on the lovely window seat, clean bedrooms and bathrooms.
House bathroom lovely and modern.
Ensuite quirky.
Living room spacious, comfy large settee, window seat. Plenty of things if needed, ie jigsaws, books, dvd's even a record player.
Well equipped very large dining/kitchen, everything you could possibly need.
Complimentary Prosecco & crisps, lovely touch.
Well stocked tea, coffee & sugar for our long stay.
A downstairs toilet would be useful, there is plenty of space for one.
Decked area at the front, lovely for the evening sunset.
All in all it's a lovely house and perfect for young families, with great attention to detail.

The 2 rocking chairs took up too much space, would have preferred one armchair.
Although we didn't use the log burner, it did occur to us that paying
for our 9 nights stay, one nights supply of logs provided, was a little unfair, as it was the same as someone paying for say a 1 or 2 nights stay.
A downstairs toilet would be useful, there's plenty of space for one.
Used the oven once at the latter end of holiday to warm a pizza, only to discover the grill pan had burnt food remnants & grease hidden under some foil.
(I removed and wiped out before use).
Just a little attention needed double checking hidden areas for cleanliness, ie oven & drawers, after each holiday guest.
All in all, it is a lovely house and perfect for young families.

Great location, lovely decorated property. The host went to great lengths to provide a comfortable stay. Great communicaton and lots of thoughtful information and amenities provided .
