The location was perfect looking over the beach.

The cleanliness and the size of the rooms, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location. The beds were really comfortable. Could not fault it at all. Plenty of parking right outside, couple of minutes walk to Sainsbury’s
We were in the penthouse too floor if i had to say anything it would just be all the stairs.

Location and views from the apartment
It was very tired and there were a number of things which we felt were not acceptable given the price we paid. The bathroom had the bath panel falling off, the toilet seat was loose and angled, the velux window in the bedroom was drafty, noisy and not functional.
Also, there was a very strong unpleasant smell near the bathroom.
We had an issue with the front door: there is an internal bolt which other residents can use and this resulted in us being locked out.
Finally one of us got bitten badly over night ( she slept in the room next to the bathroom), hope this isn’t bed bugs.
