Huge property, great facilities and games, perfect location for the beach.

The location is amazing, a fenced green on the other side of the road for kids to play in and short walk down the other side onto the beach. There is also the funicular a very short walk away, if you don't fancy walking down. The property is large enough to have a decent game of hide and seek in, though the kids spent every minute inside the property playing on the interchangeable pool and air hockey table. The view from the living room is amazing and with the binoculars and monoculars provided, if you're lucky, you can spot dolphins passing. Pete was very responsive, friendly and helpful and we definitely hope to go back.

Location and views from the apartment

It was very tired and there were a number of things which we felt were not acceptable given the price we paid. The bathroom had the bath panel falling off, the toilet seat was loose and angled, the velux window in the bedroom was drafty, noisy and not functional. Also, there was a very strong unpleasant smell near the bathroom. We had an issue with the front door: there is an internal bolt which other residents can use and this resulted in us being locked out. Finally one of us got bitten badly over night ( she slept in the room next to the bathroom), hope this isn’t bed bugs.

Fantastic well appointed apartment with cliff top views and easy access to all attractions.

Seafront view overlooking the quaint pier with tramway and cliff top gardens. Facilities were excellent. We were a group of 6, and the quality of everything provided was excellent. It is a massive flat with large rooms throughout. The shower is state of the art. The kitchen and lounge superb. Less than 5 minutes walk to seafront, harbour, town centre and train station. Free parking everywhere.

Only one bathroom with shower and w.c. Ideal for a family maybe, but meant queuing to use it for our group. A separate w.c. or shower would have been helpful. The external appearance of the property needs a bit of TLC.

Simply Beautiful

Instructions accurate and accessing key was very easy.

No guidance regarding parking. We had to leave and return 3 hours later in order to park. I discovered later on that you can pay £5 at Sainsburys and had I known this to begin with it would have alleviated a bit of a headache.

Blue ocean apartments

The large rooms and the views were amazing ,the kitchen was well stocked for everything you needed ,bathroom was beautiful and tv in all rooms ,as well as pool table and air hockey!!the beach was down the road 😀

Would not suit a person with mobility issues as three sets of steps to get to the penthouse, however not as many if you use ground floor rooms
