The space is wonderful and great for 2 families . We didnt feel crowded at all . The host was easily available with any queries .
The only downside were a few little attentions to detail for examples cupboards and drawers just full of "stuff" but it made us laugh rather than annoyed .

Great service from Pete. Fantastic location! Right on beach with short walk down steps (or via tram). Views were beautiful. Great tv and selection of films for film night after long walks. Warm and comfortable. Lovely pubs including the Ship down on the beach. Shops close by. All you need for a great break. Dog friendly beach (during winter - check restrictions in summer).

Excellent location, right on the sea front and handy for everything. Great to have parking so close too. Beds were comfy and great to have a big dining table and plenty of plates and glasses.
A little dated in places and struggled to get a hot shower.

The location was excellent and there was plenty of space for us
There was no pool cues which was a shame and whoever was staying upstairs wasn’t very considerate banging doors etc understandably out of the control of the owners.
I also felt the property was quite tired and could do with some TLC. Whilst I understand it’s an old property there was stains on the carpet, the outdoor areas were overgrown and the furniture dirty and the silicone around the bath was in a terrible mess.

its location
The property was very run down, unclean & the bedrooms were covered in dead bluebottle flies. We did not stay due to it not being in a clean state.

The property was at the front with a lovley view for the sea, also lovley and big so for the 5of us we had plenty off room.
Could do with a little big of t/l/c, single bed in second bedroom you could feel the springs in the mattress, and in the main bedroom as you go in single bed mattress needs changing, Couch in lounge has a small tear in it,hope the comments are helpful.

Position on the seafront and view of the sea was great. Nice large sociable lounge and kitchen.
Some plumbing issues but nothing that majorly impacted our enjoyment. Issues were reported and passed on for maintenance.

The location was great. The property was spacious and had a great view of the sea. Also we found the beds comfortable. And the TV and the mini pool table were both good. The kitchen facilities were adequate.
This property is in serious need of some TLC. It looks like someone bought it and did it up in a huge hurry and as cheaply and quickly as possible to just get it making money. It has the potential to be lovely and certainly looked nice on the photos, but the reality was quite different. There was a lot of peeling paint and damp patches on the walls. Exposed pipes. The carpets were stained and dirty and fraying at the edges. The lino in the bathrooms was cut and fitted so badly that it looked like it had been thrown down in 5 minutes! All raw edges up the sides of the shower and bath, missing patches, chopped up bits around the corners - it looked so bad. So disappointing.
The shower in the master bedroom en suite was electric so the pressure was very poor - okay for a shower but not washing long hair! And in the other bathroom the shower screen wasn't tight to the bath so the water ran all over the floor.
The outdoor area was also not really worth having - very dirty and uncared for - we didn't use it. The benches across the road are nicer and cleaner.
The noise from the pub next door was terrible. The master bedroom window in on the front and is right next to the pub beer garden, so you basically can here every word, and you just have to lie there waiting for everyone to go home. It's quite a lively pub as well, and there was a lot of shouting, swearing, loud car engines and music blasting until well after 11pm. We had our little girl with us and there was just no way to get her to sleep until the pub crowd had left.
We paid nearly £250 for this apartment for 1 night, so I did feel very cheated. It was supposed to be a lovely treat for my daughter and my mum, but we all agreed we would rather have driven home and saved ourselves all that money.

everything, the space in the apartment the big windows overlooking the sea. Saltburn is like stepping back in time with chip shops, a pier amusement arcade and the funicular.
the apartment can sleep 7 but only 2 bedrooms ok for families with children or same sex adults but only 2 couples. our only problem was that Booking.com didn't send us the key code information couldn't get a reply from anyone spent an hour panicking we were going to have to go back home! Eventually managed to find a number for Pete who I think is the owner and he forwarded the info Booking.com should have sent and apologised. Booking.com did send the info 4 days later!!!

Locatia si interiorul.
Mai multa atentie la detalii vis-a vis de curatenie. Ferestrele la exterior nu erau curate. Mocheta patata pe alocuri, in spatiul de sub semineul din living era praf.
