More than happy with my stay. Would recommend and will definitely book again!

Property was very clean and had great use of amenities in the property. Nice and close to everything.

Not something I didn’t like, but mattress was hard for my preference, but managed to get used to it. Pillows were hard too, but there were spare soft ones in the wardrobe which was amazing! Would be good if there was a small cloth to be able to clean the surfaces, rather than with a sponge. The TV was old school, new TV where there is an option for Netflix etc would’ve been better for the evenings!

Really cozy flat and great located city apartment! Communication with Konrad was very easy and straighforward. We even booked one night longer! Thanks a lot, we would definitely come back if we decided to visit Szczecin again :) Ilias & Claudia

Cosy, clean and modern pet-friendly apartment in the centre of Szczecin.

The apartment is clean, modern and super comfortable. It is in a very convenient location, and I would recommend anyone (especially pet owners) to consider this option.

The key collection did not go as planned - the code given to us was incorrect, however it was possible to quickly contact the host to try to solve the issue. In the end, we guessed the code (it was similar), not sure whether this was a mistake made by cleaning staff.

Kilka niedociągnięć jest :)

Łatwe zameldowanie i lokalizacja są plusem tego apartamentu. Mieszkanie choć małe, jest w miarę przytulne. Pewnie na jedną, dwie noce, mógłbym je polecić. Gorzej sytuacja wygląda z dłuższym pobytem...

Byłem w apartamencie pięć dni. Doczytałem później w regulaminie, że wymiana pościeli, czy ręczników jest dopiero po ponad tygodniu. Cóż... jestem przyzwyczajony trochę do innych standardów, a wielu miejscach już nocowałem w Polsce, czy na świecie. Wymiana ręczników, czy pościeli moim zdaniem powinna być choć co te trzy dni. Przy pięciu dniach pobytu nikt nie wziął się za sprzątanie apartamentu. W regulaminie było napisane, że jest to możliwe, ale za... dopłatą. Papieru zabrakło - musiałem kupić sobie sam. Nie chcę brzmieć jak jakiś upierdliwiec, ale moim zdaniem trochę inaczej powinno to wyglądać przy dłuższym pobycie. Dodatkowo pościel miała dziwny zapach i śmierdziało z kanalizacji w łazience.

Pobyt udany, lokalizacja rekompensuje temperaturę.

Najbardziej podobało mi się, że było czysto, przytulnie, estetycznie. Mieszkanie małe, jednak bardzo ładnie urządzone, jest wszystko co potrzeba na codzień. Jest ekspres do kawy, ręczniki, środki czystości, suszarka do włosów. Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko, a najbliższy przystanek jest po drugiej stronie ulicy! Gospodarz pomocny, sympatyczny i jest z nim szybki oraz prosty kontakt. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt :)

Jedyny mankament to to, że było bardzo zimno. Mój cały czas jaki spędziłam w tym zakwaterowaniu spędziłam pod dwiema kołdrami bo było bardzo zimno, raczej nie jestem wrażliwa na punkcie temperatury ale w mieszkaniu siedząc bez przykrycia marzłam. Nie widziałam niestety grzejników ani niczego czym mogłabym ogrzać pomieszczenie.
