Удобное расположение, чистая, просторная квартира. Есть вся необходимая техника. Хозяева очень приветливые и помогали со всеми вопросами. Рядом бесплатная парковка. Здесь очень приятно расслабиться после тяжелого дня!

We used this property as a short summer holiday's location. The appartment had all the necessary facilities, we didn't have to bring anything from household or bed and bath things. There was a good air-conditioning, that kept us cool in the hot Greek weather. The very generous hosts were available for everything what we needed. The washing machine broke on a Saturday morning and the owner went and immediately bought a new one and brought it in the same day! We could also use their family barbeque outside and even invite some friends of ours to have the dinner that evening on their terrace. Really very pleasant and welcoming! We enjoyed very much and we were even waved out with personal gifts for each of us from the lady of the house, as rememberance of Greece, really special! Furthermore, the house is quite close to the main centre of the village, full of shops and restaurants and not far from the beach, it is very easy to achieve it. We keep this address as a fantastic one for another stay in Nea Fokea!

Das gesamte Gebäude war komplett neu und die Anlage rund um das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, man hatte WLAN und konnte entspannt an dem Haus parken. Gerade wenn auch den zweiten Finger von Chalkidiki besuchen möchte ist das Apartment optimal gelegen und auch vom Flughafen sind es nur 40min Fahrt.
Gibt nichts, war alles tip top.
