Perfect holiday place

This is a perfect specious property for small and big families. The private beach is amazing, the three bedroom apartment is modern, clean and have sea views. The garden is perfect for kids to play and enjoy freely. The host was incredible and we will come back next year.

A must come-back place.

We got the room with terrace , it was amazing man , you could beach from the terrace , and it always had a breeze going on. Kitchen perfect , living room perfect, location perfect, beach down benath perfect maybe the best beach in Kassandria peninsula , after the golden beach down in Chaniotis.

The bathroom, couldve done better with all that space .

Great place for relax.

We had a wonderful stay at ErMoJo, located right on the first line with an amazing view! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were exceptionally polite and welcoming. It's a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing. We really appreciated having our own sunbeds and umbrella, and the beach felt private, which made it even more special. It was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back!

The only small downside was that access to the beach was a bit tricky, as the path was quite narrow, but compared with the other in the area is better.

Go for it!

First up, the location is absolutely great. Being able to find such an exquisite view, is very rare. The facility and the whole property is marvelous. Well done, to the design, and of course the maintenance. The rooms are spacious, crystal clean, totally equipped. You need it, they have it. The private beach is a gem by itself, though a bit challenging, getting to it, but having into consideration the topography and the soil, the property has done an absolutely excellent job constructing the pathway to the beach. Every inch of the property is well thought of. We would gladly be returning to the same place, many times over. Thank you, Molly&John , MoJo - super team.

Great location with great sea view and private beach!

Great location ( at the beginning of Casandra peninsula ) for exploring the Casandra and Sithonia peninsula. Has it own sandy beach. Host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is clear and nice looking. We had big terrace with great sea view. Has big parking with shadow.

Nothing special. Need a car for going some where. There is no walk paths. Closest urban centre is 4~5 km.

We strongly recommend the place. the beach is almost private. The facility is new and everything is very clean. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The owner and his mom are two very nice people. The owner recommended places to us and all of them were great. We will definitely be back next summer!

Amazing place, amazing view

A very quiet and beautiful place with an amazing view over the sea. The host, Yiannis, is a true gentleman, very nice and helpfull to everyone. We had anything a group of 6 could ask for. Very good beds. The sea is very beautiful and safe in that area. I liked that they did their best to keep clean the beach and the few sunbeds that they manage. Very nice parking at the shadow. Very cosy sofa in the living room. Well equiped kitchen. The building was either very new, or very well maintainined. The place is situated near nice places/taverns (15 minutes away by car). We recommend Afitos village, a very vivid place, with a lot of tavernas, shopping stores, good icecream and a lot of charm. We had a problem with the company that should provide us with a car, meaning that we arrived at the airport in Salonic and the car wasn't there. Because it was Saturday evening, full season, end of July, everything was booked or shameless expensive. We called Yiannis, whom we didn't know before, and he did his best to find 2 cars for us and he succeded so practically he solved our problem with the transportation for the week that we stayed in Greece. Thank you again Yiannis ... :)

The apartament is placed quite high on the hill and the path that goes down from the apartaments to the beach is pretty steep. Yannis has explained us that the path is in custody of the greek authorities and that's the reason why he is not alllowed to improve it. After 2 or 3 trips to the beach, we got used to it and could enjoy the descend to the beach. Maybe, they could provide for the future some softer pillows. Overall, we had a great time and we are thinking to return soon to this amazing place.

Very good

Nice size appartment. With 2 balconies. Clean and comfortable. Large TV. Good parking under cover. Friendly helpful owner. Location is good, close to Nea Fokea and Kalethea on the east coast and Sani on the west side.

AC in lounge was very good, but no AC in bedroom, which was warm. The Wifi worked but not witb the TV, so difficult to connect and watch Netflix etc. Kitchen well stocked, however no microwave, which would be useful for heating up food. The land backs up to the local beach, however the pathway is very steep, ok for walking down but very hard walking up for older people.

Brand new, beautifully designed and decorated and wonderful staff. We could not have been happier with ErMoJo Luxury Apartments. The location was also ‘to die for’.

There are so many things to like about this place, it was the perfect spot to base ourselves from to get the best out of Kasandra.

Family vacation

The hotel was brand new and had it's own semi-private beach. The view out of the balcony was beautiful and the owner was very responsive and hospitable. We would absolutely consider visiting it again and recommend it to to friends and family.

Spacious apartment with amazing sea view

ErMoJo apartments are brand new with a lovely, spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment was very clean and it had all the facilities available as per the description. There's also a small private beach with sun beds just 3 min walking which is really beautiful. We were 2 couples staying in 1 apartment which was fine and we felt comfortable with the space.

Beautiful apartment with a very steep descent to the beach

The apartment was very nice. We had a bedroom with a double bed and 2 separate beds in the living room. The apartment was new and very clean. The garden and outside area are still under construction but it doesn't make the complex bad. We had everything we needed. It was a safe area with its own little access to the beach. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. The view was wonderful, directly to the sea.

The AC is only in the living room directly on the couch Which makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit when it's on. Whenever you turn it off, the rooms get extremely hot and you cannot stay there for too long unless you love being blown at by the AC constantly. There is no AC in the bedroom, which got extremely hot and didn't cool down even with the AC running in the living room and open doors. My son got to sleep in the bedroom, as he loves the warmth. But my partner and I had to sleep on the couch in the living room, as we couldn't bear the heat. We were unlucky as we arrived on the hottest day of the year. So maybe it would have been better later. But even opening the balcony doors to get some breeze didn't help. The way to the beach is extremely uncomfortable and steep. You need good shoes to have a grip. The host offered us some walking sticks. I hope that with the construction going on there will be steps at some point so it's easier to get down to the beach. It is a wonderful apartment complex but not completely finished yet. I believe once it's ready it will be really cool!

The private beach is really nice, with cristal clear water and beautiful landscape/nature. The view from terrace is also gorgeous. The location of aparmtent for exploring Halkidiki is very good. Apartmant is brand new with almost all you need - some additional facilities would be welcome, like AC in bedroom and tend on main terrace. Place is peacefull with a beautiful nature. Host Ioannis is very helpful. Approach to the beach is pretty steep and if you are in good or average shape it is not the issue, but it is definitely not suitable for little children/babies who cannot walk on their own.

In living room there is AC above beds so it is not possible to turn it on when someone is sleeping. Terrace is on east side but without tend so it is not possible to use it before noon since it is very hot.

Million dollar view!

Excellent location, very comfortable accommodation with a fantastic view. The host is very friendly and helpful and is ready to suggest what to see and where to have lunch/dinner. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need (even more). A private beach with fine sand is 100m away, where your sunbeds and umbrella await you. The beach is phenomenal, crystal clear water and peace as you could wish for. If you want real rest and relaxation, this is the right place for you. One of the best accommodations we've been to so far.

Only one word is need for this place - EXCELLENT. But because they are new on booking and there isn't any review I what you to tell everything about. The apartments are all new, modern and clean, they have everything you need from kitchen equipment to bedroom bathroom.... There are very comfortable. All apartments have beautiful view to the see. Great big terase with magnificent view. The host is so kind and friendly. You can contact him for everything you need any time of the day. They have their own private beach. The beach is down a little bit walking for a 2 min ,with their own sunbeds and sun umbrellas, very quiet beach, the sea is crystal clean excellent for you to rest. There isn't restaurants and markets near but you can go to the nearly places by car. I can write more wonderful words for this place but I think it's enough and helpful so it's on you to choose those apartments and all of what I say here on booking see by yourself 😃

Apartment mit schönem Blick und steilem Weg zum Strand

Sauberes und neues Apartment mit schönen Ausblick. Schöner Privatstrand mit Liegen und Schirme

Der Weg zum Privatstrand ist mit 48 hm bei 150 m Länge ziemlich steil. Das geht man nicht mehrfach mal so in Badeschlappen. Das WiFi ist schwach und ständig abgebrochen Die Küche war ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet. Zum Luxus fehlte mir hier definitiv der Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle (was wir aber vorher wussten). Das Bad ist sehr klein.
