Apartamentul este nou, foarte curat si bine dotat, intrarea este separata, se face din terasa. Curatenia se face la trei zile (schimbat prosoape, lenjerie, etc). Apa calda non-stop, presiune foarte buna. La una din plaje se poate ajunge pe jos, in aproximativ 10 minute de mers lejer. De asemenea, o faleza frumos amenajata se afla la 2 minute distanta. Gazda a fost deosebit de amabila, am gasit in apartament o sticla cu vin, apa, cafea, zahar, sare, piper, paine, dulceata, biscuiti, lapte pentru cafea. Comunicarea a fost excelenta.

This place is a gem! A 2-minute walk from the Marina restaurant (which is by the sea), in a quiet location, with ample on-street parking. Always-on lights at nighttime surrounding the property and 24h video surveillance outside, so your car is safe. Very modern and clean apartment with almost everything you could wish for but, most importantly, two very comfortable double beds (apt 102) and a table with 4 chairs on the terrace with plenty of shadow for having a nice lunch. I said “almost everything you could wish for” as I believe our apartment didn’t have a laundry machine, if that’s something one would need. We didn’t really need one over the course of a week. Then again, maybe I missed it, as I only found the tea cups after 3 days (in a very interestingly located ‘hidden’ cupboard). No issues with internet speed, AC, TVs (one in each room), electric stove, kettle, coffee machine, etc. We travelled by car so we drove to the beach daily. We did not visit any beach near-by but it’s useful to know there are apparently beached in Nea Potideia and that within a 5-minute walk there’s a supermarket, a gyros place, ice-cream shops, coffee shops, a dinner that the locals frequent and pretty much anything else one might wish for. Loved the place! Highly recommended!

I would add a mosquito net on the front window too (of apt 102), not just the one on the back window.

Our 6-night stay at this apartment in Halkidiki was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the area. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of our host, Anna. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that every request we had was addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests made a huge difference and contributed greatly to an unforgettable vacation experience. The location was excellent—close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki and within easy reach of several fantastic restaurants. At the same time, we loved being able to enjoy the tranquility of the small town (also, we enjoyed an awesome view to the harbour from our balcony)

It would be great if there was an extra bathroom in this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, just as in photos, very clean, very nice well kept garden. Location in Nea Poteidaia excellent, very nice views of canal and little marina with fishing boats and lovely sunsets from balcony, gorgeous views of Mt Olympus from marina promenade area. Several excellent tavernas easy walking distance and a good supermarket and bakery nearby. Easy parking. Owner responsive and helpful. Easy car access to Thessaloniki with convenient parking at/near Nea Elvetia metro station. Nice scenery and good beaches in Kassandra peninsula.
