Excellent location literally 10 meters from the beach and some nice beach bars. The center of Pefkohori is also within walking distance. Plenty of parking space right next to the complex of residences where the house is located in. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate 5-7 adults. The terrace is nice and spacious, and faces the large shared garden of the complex and the sea. Check-in was very easy, and we were well and kindly received by Giorgos who manages the rental.
Despite the cleaning/housekeeping taking much longer than expected (with the cleaner still working in the house well beyond our check-in time) the house was not clean. The kitchen in particular was dirty, with unwashed utensils among others. There was also a bad odor coming from the kitchen pipes and some bad mold build-up in the cabinet under the sink, which made the kitchen almost unusable and certainly uninviting.
